Chocolate Mould Process

Learn About The Process Of Desıgnıng And Creatıng A Set Of Chocolate Moulds

Artwork

You provide us with artwork, 2D logo, or engraving design in vector art form (dxf preferred). Our expert team analyzes your graphics and begins the design process.

3D Modelling

We create a digital 3D shape and email it to you. This allows you to view your design in a virtual 3D space from all angles and also provides you with the physical size and volume.

Sampling

Upon your approval of the 3D digital model, we provide you with a single impression prototype mold; either a thin plastic moulds or a 3D printed cavity for testing. (Not a full size injection mould)

Technical Details

We provide you with an engineering mold drawing that illustrates the overall molds size, positioning, and placement of the cavities/impressions in the mold.

Metal Injection

Upon approval of the prototype and chocolate moulds drawings, we manufacture the metal injection mold die/tooling, bringing you one step closer to your custom creation.

Shipping

We produce your custom polycarbonate chocolate moulds and ship them directly to you! You can now enjoy your precision molds for years to come.
